We should not show kindness to Muddenahalli group so long as they promote cheap imitator Madhusudan Naidu
23rd April 2020 Update: I had an inner urge to name-snip the names of some person(s) in this post and so have done so.
Muddenahalli group abused the tolerance and civility that Sathya Sai had taught Sathya Sai devotees to have, and thereby dominated over and easily HIJACKED Sathya Sai name and some trust(s) and institutions associated with Sathya Sai.
The first HIJACK success of Narasimhamurthy and others of Muddenahalli group was of the Loka Seva Trust and its associated schools at Muddenahalli and Alike. Even now Muddenahalli school is under the control of these HIJACKERS. Fortunately, sometime in early 2017, over five years after July 2011 HIJACK started by dream-instruction medium (false claim) Narasimhamurthy, Shri Gangadhar Bhat, a leader of Loka Seva Trust, was able to break away from Narasimhamurthy and also wrest control of Alike school from Narasimhamurthy and other HIJACKERS.
Narasimhamurthy and group's first HIJACK success in Prasanthi Nilayam ashram system was the Sai university from Jul 2011 to Nov. 2014 with the then vice-chancellor --Name1-snipped-- believing in Narasimhamurthy as (dream-instruction) successor of Swami. I think they succeeded in this very easily due to Sathya Sai teachings to us about discipline and obedience to elders. So when Prof. Anilkumar Kamaraju was first isolated and issued disciplinary notices and later forced out of Sai university in mid 2012, no regular paid faculty/staff in Sai university protested. Once I came to know of how they were ill-treating Prof. Anilkumar Kamaraju and some other senior faculty of the Sai university, I tried to do my bit by hammering the traitors and traitor-collaborator Sai university administrators then, in the period March to June/July 2012, on a designation issue for my free service work in Sai university, where they had made a bad mistake (a criminal offense under the Indian Penal Code). I was also told by a junior alumni-faculty that --Name1-snipped-- was trying to convince him to view Narasimhmamurthy like Moses i.e. accept Narasimhamurthy as a kind of successor of Swami!
But I got zero support from my then colleagues in the Sai university or Prasanthi Nilayam ashram system. Instead I got dirty looks (which seemed like threats) from some including from a senior office bearer of the Indian Sathya Sai orgn. who now holds a top position in the same orgn. Many chose to be silent.
Given the health problems that I had which had become severe due to the tension that I was undergoing while fighting the HIJACK of Sai university by these traitors and traitor-collaborators, I felt the right strategy for me was to withdraw from the fight in June 2012, so that I could perhaps fight them another day. And that's what I have done as I resumed the fight with these HIJACKERS from early 2015 onwards on social media, and exposed their wrongdoings right from July 2011.
And there was nobody else in the Sai university who had the guts to fight the traitor vice-chancellor, --Name1-snipped--, and the Guru Drohi ex-Warden Narasimhamurthy, and their traitor-collaborator administrators of Sai university. So from mid 2012 onwards these traitors and traitor-collaborators had ****full control**** of Sai university till --Name1-snipped-- stepped down as vice-chancellor in Nov. 2014.
I think it seems to have been somewhat similar on other fronts like the Loka Seva trust - only a few chaps were willing to fight the HIJACK.
Tolerance and kindness of Sathya Sai devotees allowed Muddenahalli group HIJACKERS to easily dominate and HIJACK Sathya Sai institutions. That is how Muddenahalli group could grow so big and so rapidly.
But such tolerance also has a limit. Eventually that limit was reached and even crossed by Madhusudan Rao Naidu's cheap imitation of our beloved Lord. Now we should not show kindness to Muddenahalli group so long as they continue to support and promote the cheap imitator Madhusudan Naidu.
Let them stop supporting and promoting Madhusudan Naidu and then we can consider kind attitude towards them.
As of now, Muddenahalli group will abuse any kindness shown to them to further spread false belief of Muddenahalli group.

My considered view is that Narasimhamurthy and Madhusudan have engaged in and continue to engage in spiritual fraud by misusing the HOLY NAME of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba.
Surely they will face the negative karmic consequences for such spiritual fraud and Guru Droham.
But I think they have somehow stayed within the criminal laws of India at least. So the illegal Loka Seva Trust deed amendment which put in more Muddenahalli Group supporters as trustees of Loka Seva Trust, efffectively making it a Muddenahalli group controlled trust, seems to be a civil law matter, which has been challenged by Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust as a civil matter in Indian courts of law.
So far, I don't think any strong evidence of criminal wrongdoing has emerged wrt Muddenahalli group in India.
Mind you, Madhusudan Naidu is supposed to have filed an Insolvency Petition (like a bankruptcy petition) in a state in India, as his wealth management and real estate business collapsed, prior to him changing his full time occupation to false claim medium of Sathya Sai. I have been given unconfirmed, I repeat unconfirmed, reports of some people having lost money in some real estate project of Madhusudan Naidu as they did not get the real estate (houses or apartment flats, I guess) promised. But that once again seems to be a civil and NOT criminal matter in India.
I am trying to be precise in these matters in the interest of conveying an accurate picture of Muddenahalli group from the police and courts of law perspective.
I am NOT sure about the USA scenario. But what seems to be clear is that whatever legal challenge has been issued to Madhusudan Naidu for misusing the name of Sathya Sai, has NOT been able to stop him from doing so in ****public events**** in the USA. In other words, so far the legal challenge has been ineffective in the USA.

He (Narasimhamurthy) did not have the authority. But the challenge made by Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust on the illegal amendment, as far as I know, is a civil lawsuit. I don't think a criminal complaint has been filed. I don't know whether such an amendment can be considered to be a criminal act of forgery under Indian law. In any case, even if that is a criminal act, unless a criminal complaint is made, typically, the police and courts of law in India will not act on it (as a criminal investigation matter).

I must add that even in the Nigeria case, the Nigerian police stated that their investigation did not find that Muddenahalli group had broken the law in Nigeria.
Now as part of the Nigerian police investigation report, they have said that Madhusudan Naidu said that he did NOT receive any messages from Sai Baba (or something like that).
Perhaps that may come into play if Madhusudan Naidu visits Nigeria again and starts his false claim communicator speeches, as then his actions would go against his statement to Nigerian police.
