SSIO Nigeria document on detention/arrest of Muddenahalli group leaders signed by Africa chair Ramesh Hathiramani

Update on 11th Feb. 2017: My blog post, http://ravisiyer.blogspot.in/2017/02/my-congratulations-to-muddenahalli.html, has my congratulations to Muddenahalli group leaders for 10 Jan 2017 Nigerian police report clearing them of any criminal or other offence charges. However this Nigerian police report DOES NOT WITHDRAW or REFUTE point 4 of Nigerian police report dated 23rd Nov. 2016 which states "During interrogation, the 4th suspect (D. Madhusudan Rao Naidu) said he is not "light body" and does not receive any message from the late founder, Sri Sathya Sai Baba". end-update
Preface: I would like to say that I am sharing this information so that the truth about the matter is shared with the Sathya Sai fraternity. After all, Muddenahalli group has become very divisive and problematic for the Sathya Sai movement worldwide. I personally do not wish any harm, especially in terms of criminal investigation by police of any country including India, towards our brothers (and sisters) of Muddenahalli group. However, I must also say that the brothers & sisters of Muddenahalli group should force Madhusudan Rao Naidu to make a public, transparent and complete statement on this matter, and not just stay silent (on this matter) and act in public as if nothing has happened.
Madhusudan Rao Naidu is making an ENORMOUS claim that he (and, to all intents & purposes, he alone) is able to see and interact with a so-called subtle body of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba based in Muddenahalli, and is giving darshan, interviews and discourses as this so called chosen communicator of this, invisible & inaudible to others, so called subtle body, which has attracted so many Sai devotees across the world towards him and who believe his chosen communicator role!!! Such an ENORMOUS claim cannot be viewed lightly, and it is quite natural that such a claim will be challenged very seriously with the burden of proof being on Madhusudan Rao Naidu to prove his claims to be truthful.

On my Facebook post, https://www.facebook.com/ravi.s.iyer.7/posts/1771854639697772, associated with this blog post, brother VijayaSai B.S. alumnus of and former lecturer at SSSIHL (Sai university) wrote (as comments) an alternative version of what happened in the Nigerian police investigation. It claims that the Nigerian police were satisfied with the responses made by Muddenahalli group and that there was no problem for Muddenahalli group. This conflicts with the view put out by Shri Ramesh Hathiramani, Zone chair SSIO Africa, in the above document.
In response to VijaySai's comments I wrote:
Bro. VijaySai B.S. has given a pro Muddenahalli group version of what happened. That's good in a way. At least Sai devotees can see their version of the matter, instead of it being portrayed as if nothing happened and that the SSIO Nigeria document was fraud!!! That's what some folks from Muddenahalli group were portraying it as, earlier.
I prefer to go by the SSIO Nigeria document version of what happened though I do realize that without an official Nigerian police statement on the matter, one cannot be 100% sure of what happened. Bro. VijaySai mentions what the Nigerian police commissioner said without having any documentary evidence of the same. I will accept those statements as true only if there is a Nigerian police document supporting those statements.
A glaring omission in VijaySai's comments with respect to Madhusudan Rao Naidu is whether Madhusudan made the claim that he is able to see and interact with a so called subtle body of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba who is not visible and audible to almost all, if not all, other people. I very much doubt that Madhusudan would have made such a statement in front of Nigerian police authorities. I wonder whether Bro. VijaySai can confirm this.
In any case, I CHALLENGE Madhusudan Rao Naidu to say to high ranking Indian police authorities and Indian high courts (say Karnataka High Court) that he is able to see and interact with a so called subtle body of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba who is not visible and audible to almost all, if not all, other people. Madhusudan should also say that he acts as a chosen communicator of this so called subtle body for darshan, interviews and discourses, given in the name of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. If Madhusudan Rao Naidu does that then I will respect him for being truthful even if I would consider him to be affected by some delusions.
In the interests of truth, I think a similar investigation of Madhusudan Rao Naidu's claims like that done in Nigeria, should be done by, say, Karnataka police or by Indian national level investigation agency, and the results of that investigation should be shared with the public. The particular question I raised above should be included in such an investigation.

As Muddenahalli group people were clamouring for a signed document from SSIO, Nigeria, now they should provide a document signed by Madhusudan Rao Naidu as to what happened there.

Note that Shri Ramesh Hathiramani, Africa zone chair of SSIO, was personally present when the police investigations happened. So his signed account is an eyewitness account. Bro. VijaySai B.S.'s account is hearsay as he was not present there. Let us have an eyewitness account from a top person of Muddenahalli group. If Madhusudan is not in a position to do so, then perhaps Shri B.N. Narasimhamurthy can provide a signed document about what happened there.
