Eenadu report: DIG Prabhakar Rao from Anantapur looks into --Name1-snipped-- suicide case, and moves the case to Anantapur police

Today's (29-Jun-2017) Eenadu (Telugu) newspaper Anantapur district supplement carried a big article on --Name1-snipped-- suicide case in Prasanthi Nilayam. It has a picture of DIG (Deputy Inspector General) Prabhakar Rao (his name can be seen in this govt. webpage: http://www.ap.gov.in/contacts/district-officals/ ) inspecting the Vidya Vahini office where the tragic suicide happened. From what I recall of key points in the article (from my perspective) as conveyed to me by somebody else, DIG Prabhakar Rao said that due to slow progress in solving the case, the case will now be looked into by CCS (Anantapur) police.
