Google Translate can really mess up things at times. An adage-joke from my early software developer days of 1980s was that human beings make mistakes but to really mess up things you need a computer! Just looked up the net for it and got this version : "To err is human, but to really foul things up you need a computer.", https://quoteinvestigator.com/2010/12/07/foul-computer/ .

Seems to be a Tamil Christian group singing this pongal song but there does not seem to be any references to Christian religion here. So it is something that people from all religions can relate to, I think, and celebrate the harvest festival.

Great to see this Mayapur pilgrimage video with the pilgrimage done probably in November 2020. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kk77nXQqOL0, around 17 mins.

The Bhakti tradition seems to be really strong and good in Mayapur. That's really great to see.

I think here Ramana Maharishi is talking of the inner being 'I' and not mind-body complex 'I'.

[Shared post: https://www.facebook.com/RamanaMaharshi/posts/10158739363819631 has Ramana quote: "'I' is the name of God. It is the first and greatest of all mantras. Even OM is second to it."

5 min. 50 secs video where Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba is giving his core messages on God and what humans should do (to progress spiritually), in simple and straightforward words. A small disclosure I need to make here is that I do engage in Japam & Dhyanam and find that to be very helpful for my spiritual path (note that Bhagavan criticizes some approaches/practices of Japam & Dhyanam in this video).

Another small point is that the mata naasti pita naasti ... shloka is not from Bhagavad Gita but from Adi Shankara's Vairagya Dindima, https://www.dlshq.org/download/vairagya.pdf .

The pledge of Pakistan government to rebuild the temple is good. But what is absolutely clear is that in this area of Pakistan there is (are) a dangerous and violent anti-Hindu group(s), whose hatred towards Hindus will not be changed by Pakistan government rebuilding the Hindu shrine that was destroyed by this anti-Hindu group. And this destruction is not an isolated incident. The article talks of a previous such destruction in 1997 by anti-Hindu fanatics.

Interesting article giving details of what is meant by the "passion" of Christ: The Passion of Jesus Christ, https://www.catholiceducation.org/en/culture/catholic-contributions/the-passion-of-jesus-christ.html .

The article gets into details of the suffering that Lord Jesus Christ underwent during this "passion".

IMHO, that is a testimony to the greatness of Lord Jesus Christ. He set a great example for millennia to come, about how divine beings take upon suffering for the sake of their followers, and for the sake of upholding spiritual truths.

Life can be a rum thing, at times 🙂. The first times that I saw Mike Tyson on TV while I was on a software developer assignment to USA some decades ago, he was a very formidable and very aggressive heavyweight boxer. He came across as one scary and dangerous character! Perhaps part of it was PR stuff to promote him but then in the boxing ring his punches were real and very hard. Would I have ever imagined then that a few decades later, I would see a video clip of him asking an Indian spiritual guru about peace? No way! But life can be a rum thing, at times.

This video is not an interactive exchange. It has a video clip of Mike Tyson asking a question followed by video clip of Sadguru Vasudev answering his question.
