Hon'ble chief minister of Chhattisgarh, Dr. Raman Singh, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raman_Singh, is full of praise for the way Shri C. Srinivas and others got together to do their wonderful service project of a free heart surgery hospital, which Dr. Raman Singh did not believe will get done as per the very aggressive schedule of performing an operation in 12 months after acquisition of land/bhoomi puja. I heartily congratulate Shri C. Srinivas and others for this fantastic service activity they have accomplished, for receiving such unstinting praise from the Hon'ble chief minister of Chhattisgarh state, and for the chief minister attributing these wonderful works to the divine power of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Great job, folks!
Having said the above, my particular interest in the speech/talk of Dr. Raman Singh was to see whether he makes any statement indicating belief in so called subtle body/light body/Sukshma Baba of Muddenahalli who communicates through so called communicator Madhusudhan Naidu.
I have transcribed below some parts of his speech that have a reference to Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba (I have skipped a few references to Bhagavan Baba which I felt were not so critical to capture here). The transcript is first in Hindi using Latin (English) script, followed by my rather literal English translation (which I think is quite different from the English translation on the video itself):

Ravi: My analysis of the above from the perspective of POSSIBILITY OF Hon'ble chief minister of Chhattisgarh, Dr. Raman Singh having belief in so called subtle body of Muddenahalli and so called chosen communicator is as follows:
1) There is no mention of Sukshma ruup (Subtle form/subtle body) of Sathya Sai Baba by Dr. Raman Singn at all.
2) There is no mention of any communicator who speaks the words of Sukshma ruup (subtle body) of Sathya Sai Baba. Dr. Raman Singh mentions Madhusudhan Naidu as a guest (who is seated on the dais) but that's it. I repeat, just a guest, PERIOD. Similarly, Dr. Raman Singh refers to Mr. Narasimhamurthy as a guest, but makes no reference whatsoever to Mr. Narasimhamurthy in the context of any subtle body of Sathya Sai Baba.
3) The person Dr. Raman Singh praises to the skies and considers to be an instrument of Baba is Mr. C. Srinivas. Dr. Raman Singh specifically says that he believes that Baba made Mr. Srinivas speak some words. So, if at all Dr. Raman Singh is referring to a communicator it is Mr. Srinivas and not Madhusudhan Naidu.
4) Dr. Raman Singh states that he had darshan of Sathya Sai Baba in the meeting (hospital) location! That came as quite some surprise to me. But he does not elaborate.
5) Dr. Raman Singh uses words and statements which are typical of Sanathana Dharma (Hindu beliefs) by referring to Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba as a powerful force who can be felt in the hospital location, who is in our hearts, and who does not need a mike to hear our words (& feelings). He further clearly credits the success of the hospital to the grace and blessings of Baba, and says that it is not possible to create such a wonderful hospital by individuals (without divine grace of Baba).
6) He makes a clear reference to Baba who is not amongst us today but whose presence is there (which we can feel). If Dr. Raman Singh believed that Madhusudhan Naidu is seeing Suukshma form of Sathya Sai Baba, he would have said something like Baba is now amongst us in Suukshma form and communicates with us through chosen communicator Madhusudhan Naidu. Instead Dr. Raman Singh used words meaning he is not amongst us but we feel his presence (sorry for repeating it but I wanted to ensure that there is no misunderstanding).
From the above I conclude that there is nothing in the public speech of Dr. Raman Singh (made on 22nd Aug. 2015, it seems) to indicate that he believes in the BIZARRE CLAIMS of so called subtle body of Sathya Sai Baba based in Muddenahalli who communicates through a so called chosen communicator, Madhusudhan Naidu.
Any claim made by any Muddenahalli so called subtle body belief promoter/supporter that Dr. Raman Singh is a follower of Suukshma Baba/subtle body of Muddenahalli MUST BE VIEWED AS FALSE unless proper evidence that goes against my above analysis and conclusion, is provided. Further, it is GROSSLY UNETHICAL (ADHARMIC) for any Muddenahalli group supporter to use the name of Hon'ble chief minister of Chhattisgarh state, Dr. Raman Singh, on the basis of such visits of Dr. Raman Singh to the Naya Raipur hospital, to promote belief in their BIZARRE claims of so called subtle body and so called chosen communicator.
