A sad and rude reflection of the reality of the times we live in, in India - Medical doctor wife made police complaint against medical doctor husband about forced sex

A lady doctor had filed an FIR with the Idar police, accusing her husband of rape, unnatural sex and dowry harassment, following which the husband moved the court to quash the FIR.

Ravi: What is of critical note here, is that the husband is a doctor and the wife is also a doctor! So this is a case dealing with what one can presume to be middle or upper middle class or rich Indian society involving supposedly well educated persons who have a medical degree!
So one can extrapolate and guess what could be the reality in less educated and lower middle class or poor in India, when it comes to these matters.
Indian society must put its foot down in such cases of forced unnatural sex from husband, irrespective of whether the guy is a medical doctor or not.
I don't know about the issues surrounding forced normal sex between a husband and wife in India. From a spiritual writer perspective my considered view is that forced sex of any type between husband and wife is bad and should not be engaged in. However I don't know legal issues wise what the challenges are, to make forced sex between husband and wife (marital rape) illegal in India. So I prefer to not comment on that aspect of it.
I am of the view though that any forced oral and/or unnatural sex between husband and wife should be made illegal in India. That will put fear in the hearts and minds of such husband(s) (or wives, for that matter) and make them desist from engaging in any forced oral and/or unnatural sex with their spouse.
The unfortunate reality of India today is that quite a few Indian medical doctors are not ethical people (NOT ALL as there are many ethically good Indian medical doctors) and some can be downright dangerous and crooked people!
