My view: Enough grounds to file impersonation and identity theft of HOLY IDENTITY of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, complaint against Madhusudan Rao Naidu in India
Given below is a recent comment of mine on public FB post, https://www.facebook.com/shubha.kumar/posts/10160075269205538, which I felt appropriate to put up as a separate post
My considered view is that there are enough grounds to file an impersonation and identity theft of the HOLY IDENTITY (HOLY NAME) of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, complaint against Madhusudan Rao Naidu in the Indian law enforcement (police) and/or courts. I am NOT a lawyer but I have been reading up on such cases, including Indian academic world identity theft cases. One does NOT need to be a lawyer to understand Indian law in such matters, and follow such police complaints and/or legal cases in India.
For reasons known to itself and not revealed to the Sathya Sai fraternity, the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust (SSSCT) as well as the official Sathya Sai organization in India have, so far at least, chosen NOT to file such a case against Madhusudan Rao Naidu. Note that the legal case SSSCT filed against Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Trust (SSSLST) was about alleged illegality in amending that (SSSLST) trust deed, and in inducting new trustees to that trust board. Muddenahalli group seems to have succeeded in getting that case stuck in some legal morass by hiring some top lawyer(s) of the country e.g. Supreme court lawyer and former senior union (federal) minister (of the Congress party), Shri Kapil Sibal, who argued for Muddenahalli group in some appeal filed in the Supreme Court of India, if memory serves me right. I think Muddenahalli group would have had to pay huge legal fees to hire Shri Kapil Sibal. So these guys have enormous amount of money power with which they can hire top legal brains of India. They also have access to top Indian political leaders, including the Hon'ble Prime Minster of India, Shri Narendra Modi (of the Bharatiya Janata Party - BJP). This shows that Muddenahalli group has access to top political leaders of both the top national political parties of India, namely the BJP and the Congress! Their recently inaugurated university in Karnataka was possible due to a bill in the Karnataka assembly that was ****unanimously*** passed a few months ago by the previous Karnataka government. So all Karnataka Congress, BJP and Janata Dal(S) elected legislators voted for that bill about setting up Muddenahalli group university using the name of Sathya Sai, to pass and so become Karnataka state law! I mean, Muddenahalli group is a very formidable entity now in India with their power coming primarily from the free medical service and educational service institutions they are setting up.
Any individual Sai devotee who is a citizen of India, or groups of such persons, can also initiate police and/or court action for this identity theft and impersonation against Madhusudan Rao Naidu. I am NOT sure about the legal status of NRI (Non Resident Indians) who hold foreign citizenship and so are NOT "full" citizens of India (India does not have dual citizenship) but who are given a designation of Overseas Citizen of India (for more see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overseas_Citizenship_of_India and https://boi.gov.in/content/overseas-citizen-india-oci-cardholder).
The problem here would be that such an individual/group would have to be moneyed to be able to bear the legal costs, and also have the ***guts*** (courage) and support system to face the inevitable pushback from Muddenahalli group against him/her/them. Muddenahalli group has the money power to take the case, via appeals if they get negative judgements in lower courts, right up to the Supreme Court of India!
I personally am not in a position to file such a police complaint and/or lawsuit, or participate as an individual in a group for the same, due to various constraints that I have. So I limit myself to publicly writing against Muddenahalli group even though I have been viciously targeted by Muddenahalli group Facebook fake IDs and their informers/collaborators (seemingly based in Melbourne (Australia), Muddenahalli (India), and possibly even Puttaparthi (India)) in an attempt to silence me on social media.
After my recent post on Muddenahalli group university inauguration, (https://www.facebook.com/ravi.s.iyer.7/posts/2167336633482902 and https://www.facebook.com/ravi.s.iyer.7/posts/2168504390032793), I faced a couple of attempts of somebody trying to reset my Facebook password, thereby trying to hack into my Facebook account. I had faced that a few weeks ago but it had stopped after I put up a post about it. This latest attempt is clearly a negative signal from Muddenahalli group to me and an attempt to intimidate me. Very unfortunately, there are some very bad guys/actors in Muddenahalli group who are into intimidation of those who expose Asathya-Adharma (untruth and unethical behaviour) of Muddenahalli group. This is the very unfortunate reality of Muddenahalli group. We need to be fully aware of this very unfortunate reality.

An Arjuna-instrument is required now who is willing to come forward. It is my considered opinion that such an Arjuna-instrument has better chances of success if he/she knows the reality on the ground, instead of presuming an easy legal battle. That's why I shared my frank view on this matter.
Over the past few years, I have heard many times about how the SSSCT case was going to wind up the Muddenahalli group drama. But, so far, all such predictions have failed. Perhaps SSSCT was over-optimistic and did not gauge well enough, the power of Muddenahalli group to meet the legal challenge that SSSCT had thrown their way.
I think the Arjuna-instrument who may step forward to legally challenge Madhusudan Rao Naidu on impersonation and identity theft charges should be better prepared and not make the big mistake of underestimating the legal brains and resources that Muddenahalli group will use to meet such a challenge. Essentially, this Arjuna-instrument should be prepared to go for the long-haul i.e. fight the case all the way to the Supreme Court of India. That's my considered view.
