No matter how grotesque your heart ... I will not reject you ... For I am your mother - Sathya Sai Baba; My personal experience showing it is very true

I would like to add that it has been my personal experience from Jan. 2003 till March 2011 (at which time Bhagavan was taken to Super Hospital), while as free service staff of Prasanthi Nilayam system, that Bhagavan not rejecting people due to their flaws, is very true.

I had my fair share of human flaws then and continue to have some of them now too.

Bhagavan demonstrated to me that he knew the inner goings-on of my mind right in my first darshan of him as staff of PN system (in end Jan. 2003) when I had some stupid thoughts in my head. His look of anger at me was a super-clear message to me that not only could he read my mind, but that he was very angry with my thoughts then.

I had expected that Bhagavan would inform PN administration bosses of his displeasure with me and that they would relieve me of my free service work in PN system.

But that did not happen! Bhagavan seems to have kept the matter of bad thoughts in my head at darshan time between Him and me! And He gave me the time to come to terms with this personal demonstration to me of his ability to know all my inner goings-on, and improve myself at an inner level.

The shared post quotes Bhagavan as saying, "Bring Me the depth of your heart...No matter how grotesque...I will not reject you...For I am your Mother" As it says, Bhagavan DID NOT reject me even though I had some bad stuff in the "depth of my heart". He instead corrected me through his angry look which resulted in me improving at my inner heart-and-mind level, and in later days, earning a smile and a AbhayaHasta from Bhagavan during darshan round, directed straight at me.

I should add that even if Bhagavan did not reject people who came to him and sought his protection, advice and grace, if the people broke some big rules of Prasanthi Nilayam ashram they would be thrown out. No mercy then.

I think this aspect of Avatar Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba of not rejecting anybody even if there is grotesque stuff in the person's heart & mind, is an extraordinary aspect of the Avatar that took human form to transform such human beings into better human beings. I decided to add these comments in my share of this post, to do my small bit in highlighting this aspect of Sathya Sai Avatar. Jai Sai Ram!
