Hong Kong Sathya Sai orgn should file lawsuit on 'Identity Theft' against Madhusudan Naidu in Hong Kong
Firstly, here is the text (slightly edited) of a Facebook post by Saibliss, https://www.facebook.com/saimemories/posts/1741091529270746, dated 11th March 2018, about Madhusudan Rao Naidu, the cheap and pale imitator of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba who FALSELY CLAIMS to be a so called communicator of Sathya Sai, visiting Hong Kong and having an event at Hotel in Hong Kong on 13th March 2018 :
DARSHAN IN HOLIDAY INN HOTEL: MUDDENAHALLI FRAUD SQUAD INSULTING OUR BELOVED LORD:
A rich family in Hongkong are now trapped in the Maya of this 😈 Madhu that they have stooped to the level of holding a so called darshan of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba in HOLIDAY INN hotel (As usual the mdh [Ravi: Muddenahalli Group] is highly secretive of their moves and the following is a screenshot of whatsapp message sent by the sponsors of this event).
The Muddenahalli supporters should seriously ask when did Swami check-into a hotel for giving darshan? It is high time you guys leave our Swami out of this dirty game of communicator/subtle body drama and start putting photos of Madhusudan Naidu and Narasimha Murthy in your altars.
We devotees are seriously hurt with the way you guys are making a mockery of Swami in the pretext of building hospitals and schools which is a by product of dividing the beautiful Sai Organisation into bits and pieces. See the screen shot of this FIVE STAR Darshan session which is going to be held same date and time too when the Sri Sathya Sai International Organisation of Hongkong (the purple invite) announced a satsang with a long time devotee. Now the devotees got to choose between the FIVE star or our beloved Lord who is our life's only SUPER STAR.

My considered view is that Hong Kong Sathya Sai organization should file a lawsuit against Madhusudan Rao Naidu for Identity theft of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, in Hong Kong.
Even if the lawsuit fails we will know the view of Hong Kong judiciary on the matter. That will help us better understand how to ***legally**** fight Madhusudan Naidu for his cheap imitation of Sathya Sai which is misguiding thousands of Sathya Sai devotees across the world.
But the whole thing starts with a lawsuit on ****Identity theft**** or something similar (NOT some trust control matter like SSSCT's lawsuit against Loka Seva Trust). So long as no lawsuit is made and pushed aggressively, we can only vent on social media, and wring our hands in despair.
