Final Autobio ebook cover page is ready; Incorporated it into ebook

Given below is the final autobiography (part 1) ebook cover page. I right-aligned the author name part and added a small text piece about Not-for-profit and Free reuse in yellow foreground small sized font.

I have added the above cover page pic to the ebook, updated the page numbers in the Table of Contents, and did some small other things to make it a proper ebook and not a draft version.
I plan to do an overview check of this ebook (version) tomorrow. I am also waiting for feedback from one person who is mentioned in the book.

Hopefully, I will release the ebook via a page on my ravisiyer.blogspot.com blog having the download link, either on this weekend or early next week.
