PIL to stop Madhusudhan from using Sathya Sai Baba name is ACT OF TRUE LOVE
Recommending PIL (Public Interest Litigation) to stop Sri Madhusudhan Rao Naidu from using HOLY NAME of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba for his communications is an ACT OF TRUE LOVE towards both Muddenahalli group and Sri Madhusudhan Rao Naidu, and NOT AN ACT OF WAR!
I have given below the contents (slightly edited) of my recent comment on a Facebook post, https://www.facebook.com/sathyanarayana.raju.9/posts/683359271800560.
As a mentor and teacher, first in the software industry and then in the Sai university, my considered view is that one must criticize falsehood which may impact the lives of many. At the time one criticizes falsehood it may get viewed negatively by some. But eventually most, if not all, realize that that criticism of falsehood was for their good. And it is born out of love and concern for them.
How can one be a teacher if one is not prepared to criticize falsehood/mistakes?
Note that one Dharma Shanti talked about WAR in response to my recent post recommending PIL to STOP Madhusudhan Naidu from using the name & image of Sri Sathya Sai Baba for his so called communicator activities. The person wrote, "ANOTHER INSTIGATION TO WAR AND DIVISION FROM PUTTAPARTHI
WE AS PEOPLE ARE TIRED OF CONFLICTS, WARS, ABUSES, POWER STRUGGLES (AT LEAST WE AS NON-AMERICANS!)

I think what Dharma Shanti is saying is PLAIN WRONG and being over dramatic (WAR!!!). I don't believe that accepting WRONG statements as true is the right way to express one's love. People being whatever they want to be is not democracy. Democracy too involves laws of the land, which are created by elected representatives of the people. Any citizen of a democracy is entitled to approach a court of justice and the judges are supposed to deliver justice based on the laws of the land (and principles of natural justice, I believe).
Madhusudhan Rao Naidu too has to follow the laws of India. He cannot be whatever he wants to be and do whatever he wants to do. Just because he thinks that he is seeing Sri Sathya Sai Baba's subtle body (which others can't see, at least can't see for long durations like him), hearing him and being able to speak to him, and acting as intermediary between this subtle body and Sathya Sai devotees, does not mean that he is legally allowed to PUBLICLY SAY SUCH THINGS and thereby MISUSE the name of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. All I am recommending is a P.I.L. for the Karnataka High Court to examine the matter and give its view/judgement. If somebody does file the P.I.L. and the court decides on it, I expect that the decision may be that Madhusudhan Rao Naidu cannot use the name of Sri Sathya Sai Baba for his so called communicator act. The court may ask him to use the name of Madhusudhan Rao Naidu instead!
Is the above a call for WAR? What nonsense!
It is a call for Sathya and Dharma! If sending love to Muddenahalli means I have to support Asathya and Adharma then I am not interested. By recommending a PIL which may ensure that Sathya and Dharma will be followed in Muddenahalli, I am actually doing an act of REAL LOVE towards Muddenahalli. Jai Sairam!
